Carrick-on-Suir Library has announced date for its next Memory Café session

The next session of Memory Café at Carrick-on-Suir Library will take place on Monday June 10 at 11am.

A memory cafe is a welcoming, once monthly meeting for anyone who is affected by dementia including people living with dementia, their families and friends, healthcare professionals and people who are interested in supporting a dementia inclusive community.

All café sessions are approximately 1.5 hours long. The first 20-30mins passes welcoming attendees and settling in. 

This will be followe by a guest speaker for 30mins, which is mostly informal. The final 30mins is given over to tea and biscuits and a chat or music.

Memory cafes are free of charge and all are welcome to attend.
