PICTURE: Thurles school say goodbye to their sixth year students with special mass

Ursuline Sixth Year’s Sarah Corcoran, Hannah O’Mahoney, Jane Collins, Emma Carey and Kaitlyn Ryan, outside the Cathedral of the Assumption, for their Graduation Child of Mary Mass on Wednesday, May 22

The Ursuline Thurles said goodbye to the class of 2024. The sixth years had their final school Mass, the Child of Mary Mass, in the Cathedral of the Assumption on Wednesday, 22 May.

Their chosen theme, "The rest is still unwritten," was celebrated in prayer, music, song, dance and reflection.

The students celebrated looking forward to being able to write their future stories while being grateful for the stories they shared with each other during their time in secondary school.

Thanks to Fr Jim Purcell, celebrant and school chaplain, who congratulated the Leaving Certs and parents on reaching such an important milestone in their lives.
