Planning has been lodged for a "glamping" facility in Tipperary.
Brian and Jennifer Condon are the applicants and they are seeking planning permission for the construction of a glamping area with three glamping pods.
The project will also include an amenity area including a shower area and drying area attached to to existing agricultural building, three parking spaces, bicycle parking, revised entrance, grey water storage tank and associated site works.
The council has until July 17 to make a decision.
The development address is at Knockballiniry, Ardfinnan, county Tipperary.
