If you would like to learn more, then join tour guide Paul Hearne on a free guided tour of Ormond Castle in Carrick-on-Suir on Saturday, July 20 at 3pm. 
Paul has chosen some of his favourite pieces from the castle's collection to talk about in detail as you journey through the castle as part of the Hidden Gems of Ormond Castle Collection Tour. 
The extensive collection ranges from exquisite fireplaces and rich tapestries to more modest and humble items such as simple chairs and bowls.
