Tipperary Council proposes temporary road closure in Dundrum area due to bridge repairs

Tipperary County Council proposes to make an order to temporarily close the L-5221-0 at Cumask, Dundrum for nearly two weeks in August to facilitate bridge repairs.

It proposes closing the road from 8am on Monday, August 12 to 5pm on Friday, August 23.

Diversion route is proposed along the R661 to Dundrum village where it will join the R505 towards Knockavilla. Take the L-1288 ‘Ballagh Road’ to complete the diversion

Objections to the proposed temporary road closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh not later than 12 noon on Thursday, July 18  or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
