RTE broadcaster David McCullagh who will give a history talk at Cahir Castle as part of the Culture at the Castle Festival
RTE journalist David McCullagh will give an historical talk about Ireland between 1923 and 1949 at Cahir Castle this Saturday, July 20.
The talk in the Castle's Great Hall will be the final event of Cahir Social & Historical Society's Culture at the Castle Festival.
Mr McCullagh is no stranger to Cahir having visited previously to give talks and is always warmly welcomed by the audience.
This interesting talk focuses on the 1923-1949 period of Irish history and as always a crowd is expected to attend.
Come along and be part of the final event of Cahir Social & Historical Societies ‘Culture at the Castle’ Festival.
Limited tickets are available on Eventbrite.ie. Book your seat while you can.
The Culture at the Castle Festival would not have been possible with the financial support given to Cahir Social & Historical Society this season by Creative Ireland and Tipperary County Council's Festivals and Events Grant Scheme.
The organisers are also very thankful for the assistance of the wonderful staff of Cahir Castle and OPW as well as everyone who attends.
