Tipperary Rose, Tara Brady, receiving huge support from punters to win the Rose of Tralee, according to Ladbrokes.
Brady is a 23 year old from Ballina. She has a keen interest in Irish history and oral history. She has also taken part in the World Irish Dancing Championship and is part of an Irish traditional music group called Cailiní Lua.
She is currently at 7/1 to go all the way and win the crown.
Commenting, Nicola McGeady of Ladbrokes said: "Tipperary should be hopeful this year that they can lay claim to the coveted crown. The Premier County are in for the premier prize!"
