Moycarkey Coolcroo team (August 9th) of Paul Bowe, Mossy Bracken, Matthew Ryan & Conor Keating who ran in Wexford last Friday evening with manager Michael Bracken centre.
Last Friday night the Tipperary athletes from Moycarkey Coolcroo headed to Wexford for the United Striders AC 5k in New Ross which attracted a good turnout of 267 runners up 20+ on last year's race.
Mossy Bracken had another great run and showed his class finishing in 2nd place in a time of 14mins 55 seconds while Matthew Ryan also had very good run finishing in 6th place in 15:34.
Following that up was Conor Keating who was running well too, he finished in 10th in 15:58 plus Conor was a winner in the Mens O/35 with Paul Bowe completing the team in 50th place with a good run in 18:40.
It was a tremendous performance by the travelling group. All 4 athletes are coached by Ian Wilson and have progressed immensely since adopting his training methods, congrats lads!
