The Pond Diner has been unveiled at the fabulous Pond Beach Resort, located between Templetoughy and Errill.
Set in the tranquil ambiance of Pond Beach Resort, the Pond Diner will open from Wednesday to Sunday between 10am and 7pm and is a perfect spot for locals and guests at the resort to try the delicious light bites and diner-style food on offer.
The Pond Diner will also be available to hire for intimate weddings, parties, private groups and more.
The carefully curated design of the Pond Diner echoes the relaxing and warm atmosphere of the resort.
The famous Brennan Brothers, John and Francis Brennan, of RTÉ's At Your Service helped the resort owners Patrick and Iveta Bowe develop the design of the new dining establishment. The diner will feature on an upcoming episode of the hit RTÉ show which will document the Bowe family's journey from third generation dairy farmers to restaurateurs.
The episode will air in October and will give the audience an opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes at the popular resort.
