St Bernadette of Lourdes.
There is great excitement and preparations are underway this month in the parish of Holycross Ballycahill with the news announcement that the relics of St Bernadette will be visiting Holycross Abbey on the 19th and 20th of September.
A spokesperson for the parish said: "We invite everyone to join us for this wonderful occasion, for which a schedule of events will be announced soon. "
In September and October of this year, the relics of St Bernadette will journey on pilgrimage to Ireland for the very first time, visiting every diocese in the country.
This very special, once-in-lifetime event will provide an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the special gifts and charisms of Lourdes in their diocese.
