A number of All-Ireland trophies were on show in the Dome, Thurles, on Monday, September 2.

The event was to showcase the success of students and staff from Coláiste Mhuire Co-Ed.

Ms Emma Carey and Ms Sarah Madden were part of the League winning senior team this year that defeated Galway, while Ms Aoife O’Brien was part of the Tipperary Junior team that defeated Laois in Croke Park in the Junior All-Ireland final.

Staff member Mr Paddy Stapleton was a selector with the Tipp Munster winning under 20 team and brought in the JJ Keneally Cup.

Former Coláiste Mhuire student Eoin Craddock played in that Munster Final against Cork, and he is presently working in the school on Placement.

Finally, Tipperary Minor Hurling winning captain, 6th year student Cathal O’Reilly brought in the under 17 minor John Doyle Munster Cup and the All-Ireland Irish Press Cup.

Two other students Dillon Cotter and Oscar Caffrey were also recognised on their achievements, being under 17 & under 15 captains this year.

Coláiste Mhuire Co-Ed say they are immensely proud of all staff and students who achieved these accolades throughout the year.
