St Bernadette of Lourdes.
The relics of St Bernadette will be visiting Holycross Abbey this week on Thursday the 19th & Friday the 20th with large crowds expected in the village across the latter part of this week.
It will be a full schedule of events with the following times of particular note as the rosary and veneration times are to be noted.
Thursday 19th 9am - Ceremony of Welcome. 9.30am - Veneration and private prayer until 5pm – Rosary & Veneration until 7.30pm followed by Mass with Anointing of the Sick.
8.30pm - Torchlight procession (weather permitting). 9pm - Veneration until 10pm when the Church will close.
Friday 20th 8am – Veneration until 10am – Novena & Farewell Mass. 11am – Veneration until 12 noon – Angelus.
The relic will then depart for the Ossory Diocese following the days spent in Holycross.
