Brendan Maher and Aoife Hannon founded The Pilates Programme in 2020
Tipp hurling legend and his wife Aoife Hannon are looking to expand their already successful business The Pilates Programme.
The online businesses which the couple co-founded almost four years ago, has grown from strength to strength with live online classes delivered by Aoife who is a qualified physiotherapist.
With over 23,000 followers online, the business has always been a passion of Aoife's, who has always loved to find different ways to keep fit.
This passion saw her completing a degree in Sport and Excercise Science at UL where she then went on to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy.
She then spent 4 years working as a Physiotherapist in an acute hospital and in a rehab setting.

Her husband Brendan is also no stranger to a strict fitness regime, playing for club side Borris-Ileigh and previously at inter-county level with the Tipp senior hurling team.
The couple also welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Hugo, earlier this year.
In a post on LinkedIn, the couple were excited to announce that they are now looking to expand The Pilates Programme, with Brendan saying: "It's been a hectic few years but I am really excited for the next chapter as Aoife and I look to grow and expand our business.
"If anyone would like to connect to find out how The Pilates Programme can help you and your organisation we would love to hear from you."
