Podcast to feature Tipperary food producers

Members of the Tipperary Food Producers Network feature in a new podcast

The Tipperary Food Producers Network feature on a new Beár Bia podcast.
Dee Laffan and Oisin Davis want to showcase and celebrate the pairing of Irish food with Irish drinks through their brand new podcast Beár Bia.

Beár Bia can be accessed on Spotify, Apple or wherever you get your podcasts.
The Tipperary Food Producers network is a community of artisan producers working together to create quality, nourishing food and sustainability.

Representing the Tipperary Food Producers Network on the day was Nuala Hickey of Hickey’s Bakery in Clonmel whose amazing barm brack was sampled to start the day off nicely.
The podcast duo then hung out with James O’Donoghue, owner of Longways Cider who are based just outside of Carrick-on-Suir.

Produce from the Apple Farm, Crowe’s Farm and Butchers, Cashel Blue cheese and Blanco Niño also featured in the podcast. Oisin Davis is the co-host of the podcast which translates to food bar.
“It’s all about pairing Irish foods with Irish drinks,” said Oisin. His partner on Beár Bia is Tipperary native Dee Laffan. Dee is a food and drink writer and they recorded the episode in Clonmel.
