Feeling proud! Tipperary Hotel scoops three major awards at prestigious ceremony

The Talbot Hotel in Clonmel has scooped up three major awards at the annual Irish Hotel Awards on Tuesday night.

Held in the Clayton Hotel in Limerick, The Irish Hotel Awards celebrates the commitment and dedication of the hospitality industry in the country, recognising the teams and individuals that go above and beyond by providing outstanding guest and customer experiences.

The Clonmel Hotel took home Housekeeper of the Year Award Munster, Bar Manager of the Year Award Munster, and Hotel Design of the Year Award.

In a post on Facebook, The Talbot Hotel expressed it's joy and gratitude over the prestigious wins,

"Wow, what a night!

"We are thrilled to announce that the Talbot Hotel Clonmel won 3 Awards at last night's Annual Irish Hotel Awards. We were delighted to accept the following on behalf of our fantastic team:

  • Monika Czechowicz - Housekeeper of the Year Award Munster
  • Patryk Badyna - Bar Manager of the Year Award Munster
  • Hotel Design of the Year Award

"We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication our team put in daily, and last night was recognition of that.

"We were absolutely thrilled to receive the award for Hotel Design of the Year. After two years of refurbishments since joining the Talbot Collection, we have well and truly started our property transformation.

"A massive thank you to the team at Transcendence and Duggan Shopfitters for all that they do in creating such wonderful spaces for our customers to enjoy!"
