A talk by pharmacist Dr. Sabine Eggers on Healthy Ageing takes place in Carrick-on-Suir Library this Wednesday, October 23 at 6.45pm.
The talk will cover maintaining physical, mental and social well-being as we age and the significance of blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol.
It will also focus on the importance of exercise, sleep, nutrition and preventative interventions for a full and active life in your later years.
