JOB ALERT: Tipperary County Council hiring for role with up to €80,000 salary on offer

Tipperary County Council is currently hiring for a new role with a salary of up to €80,000 on offer.

Posting the role online, they advised they are looking to hire a Community & Stakeholder Partnership Officer – Decarbonising Zone on an 18-month specific purpose contract.

The position comes with an impressive salary, ranging from €57,909 to €80,498.

The Community & Stakeholder Partnership Officer – Decarbonising Zone post will be part of the Tipperary County Council Climate Action Office, and will also work with the new Biomethane Development Office (BDO) team.

According to the job listing on the Tipperary County Council website, the Community & Stakeholder Partnership Officer role has the following key objectives:

  • To deliver the vision, opportunities and actions of the Tipperary DZ as set out in Section 6 of the Tipperary County Council Local Authority Climate Action Plan (LACAP 2024–2029) as part of the TCC Climate Action Office.
  • To work in collaboration with the BDO Manager (employed by TUS) and other staff of the BDO to deliver the objectives of the BCC.

They list the key requirements as a relevant degree (level 8), or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field; not less than two years of satisfactory relevant and acceptable post-qualification experience; satisfactory experience in administrative procedures, including adequate practical experience in work of an executive nature and office organisation; and a full, clean driving license and access to a car.
