Ardfinnan Taekwondo attended the Irish Cup, the National Championships in UL Arena.
There were 1,230 competitors from six different countries.
Enda Flynn performed well and came close to a medal in sparring and patterns.
It was Conor Ryan’s first competition, and he made it past the first round of a very competitive patterns section.
This was also Mark Mullan’s first competition, and he won a bronze medal in patterns after four tough rounds on the floor.
Instructor Teresa Keith of Ardfinnan Taekwondo is very proud of her students.

They all performed very well and are looking forward to the next competition in February.
