Tipperary will be well represented at national cross country championships

Places will be up for grabs on the Irish teams for next month's European Cross Country Championships in Lagoa, Portugal

The blue riband event of the cross country season, the national championships, takes place this coming Sunday at Castle Irvine, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh, with places up for grabs on the Irish teams for the upcoming European Cross Country Championships in Lagoa, Portugal on December 8.

The county will be well represented in all four races, Junior, under 23 and Senior women as well as Junior, under 23 and Senior men and we wish all our athletes the very best of luck.
