'May Beans get the best bed in heaven' - Tributes to Tipperary man after unexpected death

Tributes have been paid after the unexpected passing of a Tipperary man.

Ian ‘Beans’ Kevin of Coille Bheithe and formerly of Woodview Close, Nenagh passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, November 14.

Ian is predeceased by his beloved parents Thomas and Catherine, and his brother Alan.

According to his death notice on RIP.ie, Ian “will be sadly missed by his loving brothers Mark, Paul and Brian. His partner Caroline and their son Alex and his daughters Haley and Aaliya, aunts, uncles, nieces Mya, Mae and Kira, nephews Callum and Tom. Paul's partner Shauna, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends”.

Tributes have been paid on RIP.ie with one friend saying: “Devastated for your loss boys, it's beyond tragic, may beans get the best bed in heaven, reunited with your beloved mam and dad and brother, I'm so sorry for your loss.”

Another tribute read: “Our deepest sympathy to Caroline, Alex, Haley and Aaliya and all the Kevin family on the very sad and sudden passing of Ian. The bed of heaven to him.”

A third tribute read: “Sincere condolences to the extended Kevin family on the very sad passing of Ian. May flights of Angels sing thee to thy rest.”

Ian will be reposing at Ryans Funeral Home, Nenagh this Sunday, November 17 from 3-5pm. His remains will arrive at St Marys of the Rosary Church, Nenagh on Monday for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in Lisboney Lawn Cemetery.
