A large crowd turned out last Friday night to the opening of Clonmel artist Ella Kavanagh’s new exhibitionA Tale of Time.
Taking place in The Narrow Space Gallery, it was opened by local solicitor John M Lynch. Speaking about her work, he said ‘Ella’s work invites us to see the world anew. Inspired by the timeless techniques of the Old Master, she brings a contemporary depth to their legacy.
Her still lives and landscapes are not just visual representations but sensory experiences. Her work has a vibrancy and authenticity that is truly captivating. Ella’s work reminds us of an essential truth: we are surrounded by beauty if only we take the time to see it.’
There were plenty of appreciative comments and a fair number of sales, attesting to the popularity of one of Clonmel’s most unique and talented artists.
The exhibition is open every day between now and Christmas Eve. Admission is free and everyone is welcome!
