Cahill names first starting team of the year ahead of 2025 opener against Clare

Liam Cahill and his management team have released their first selection of 2025 as they look forward to getting their year going against All-Ireland champions Clare on Saturday.

With pre-season competitions abolished this year, it has been left to counties to organise their own match practice ahead of the National Hurling League, and Clare will travel to Templemore to face Tipperary in aid of a worthy cause, with all proceeds going to Mary's Meals.

The is due to be thrown in on Saturday at 6 pm under lights in Pairc Shilean, Templemore, and will also be streamed live on Clubber TV.
