House prices in Tipperary saw an 8.5% increase from the final quarter of 2023 to the same period in 2024, according to the latest data from Daft.ie.

The average property price in the county now stands at €253,445, reflecting a rise consistent with national trends, where prices grew by 9% over the same timeframe.

In Tipperary, the median cost of a newly built home between January and September 2024 was reported at €342,999.
