Scholarship presented in memory of student in Tipperary school

The bursary was presented in memory of Zoey Coffey

Emily Fitzgerald received the inaugural bursary presented at the Presentation Secondary School in Clonmel in memory of Zoey Coffey, who was a past pupil of the Presentation Secondary School and one of four young people killed in a road traffic accident in the town in August 2023.

Thanks are extended to Zoey’s mother Damelza and sister Clara for presenting the award.

Emily is currently a First Year student at Mary I in Limerick, where, poignantly, Zoey was to study after her Leaving Cert.
