Tipperary County Council has received a planning application to demolish a dwelling house near a level crossing in Clonmel.

Irish Rail has submitted the application which includes the demolition of associated outbuildings and clearance of the site located at the level crossing on 22 Haywood Road.

The application was lodged on January 29, however Tipperary County Council has currently marked it as invalid due to the incorrect wording of Irish Rail's newspaper planning notice and issues with the site map submitted.
