Tipperary locals delighted to see the Irish House in use as new occupants move in

The Irish House in Tipperary Town has got a new lease of life as Arachas Insurance change location.
As of January 29, 2025, both Arachas Tipperary offices have moved to the Irish House building at 63/64 Main Street Tipperary Town.
The Arachas business was originally based in the old O'Donoghue Hooper Dolan Office along with Tom Fogarty Insurances.
Despite the big change, the insurance company have said that their phone numbers will remain unchanged.
In a post shared to the Tipp Town Facebook page on behalf of Arachas Tipperary, the insurance company said that they "look forward to welcoming all our existing and prospective new customers to their new office at the Irish House."
Locals welcomed the move as the building had not been in use for some time, one person commented: "Great to see the Irish House, fully occupied again. Hopefully the former Hooper Dolan office will find new lodgers soon."
Another said: "Great to see it open on the Main Street could do with a few business on the Main Street."
