Tributes have poured in following the sad death of Cormac McMahon, late of 17 Cois Eaglais, Roscrea, Co Tipperary.
Cormac died suddenly at his home on Sunday, February 12, 2025.
He is pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Maureen, brothers Ger, Paul and Noel, sister Ann, nephew and grand-nephew.
Cormac is deeply regretted by his loving daughters Nicola and Sinéad, son Jamie, grandchildren Mason, Nathan, Archie, Jordan and Yevhenii, brothers Michael, Raymond and Dermot, sisters Eileen, Siobhan, Denise and Eithne, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, good neighbours and wide circle of friends.
Heartfelt condolences have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and fondly remembered Cormac, with one mourner saying: "Am so very sorry to hear about Cormac's passing. Always made me smile. He will be missed by so many. RIP Cormac."
Another said: "So sorry to hear of Cormac’s passing. Had the pleasure of working along side him many years ago in St, Annes. He was a very kind lad and a jolly rogue, May his gentle soul Rest in Peace Now."
While another wrote, "My sincere condolences to all the McMahon family on the sudden passing of Cormac, a pure gentleman always with smile for everyone, may you rest in the arm's of the Angel's Cormac. RIP."
Funeral Arrangements
Removal from his sister Denise residence, Cois Carrig, Roscrea (E53 AF44) on Thursday morning at 11.30am arriving in St Cronan's Church, Roscrea (E53 PK82) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining new cemetery.
