A commercial property on the Limerick Road in Tipperary Town which is currently at let to Poundland Ltd is to go up for online auction with a guide price of €1.2 million on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
Poundland Ltd, trading as Dealz, is four years into a ten-year lease which commenced in October 2021 at a contracted rent of €170,000 per annum and the lease expiry date is in 2031. However, the lease provides for five yearly open market rent reviews.
The auction, which is hosted by Bidx1.com will take place on Thursday morning at 10.30am, with a bidding closing time yet to be confirmed. To bid at the auction a bidder security deposit of €20,000 is required but fully refundable if the bidder is unsuccessful.
