Gardaí have arrested a man following an incident in Thurles in the early hours of Friday morning.
Gardaí say the man arrested was in his 50s, and was detained at the scene.

CCTV footage circulating online shows the man smashing the windows of several businesses around Thurles using what appears to be a sledgehammer.
Several businesses on Liberty Square were impacted by the criminal damage incident.
