The property, located on the Limerick Road, sits on a 2.39-acre site and comprises a detached retail warehouse unit extending to 9,827 sq. ft. It is currently leased to Poundland Ltd t/a Dealz, generating an annual rent of €170,000, with the lease running until 2031.

Positioned in a high-traffic retail hub, the site boasts 120 surface car parking spaces and a one-acre development site to the rear and is surrounded by major retailers such as Dunnes Stores, Lidl, Tesco, and Circle K, the property enjoys excellent visibility and accessibility.

The property, due to be sold by public auction on March 13, was unlisted by auctioneers BidX1 on the client's instruction. It had previously been listed on Daft.ie with an asking price of €1,200,000.
