PICTURE: 17-year-old Tipperary student wins prestigious awards at event in Dublin

Diana Tumashova from Cappawhite who was named Kinia TechSpacer of the year at the Kinia Tech Fest in Dublin.

17-year-old Diana Tumashova from of Youthreach Cappawhite in county Tipperary was named TechSpacer of the Year at Kinia’s Creative TechFest event in Explorium Dublin as part of Kinia’s Creative Technology Week.

Diana also picked up the Creative Technology Award for her 'Flush Tracker' project.

Over 600 of Ireland’s future digital innovators gathered over the course of the weekend to demonstrate their projects at TechFéile and Creative TechFest events.

Kinia is an education-focused non-profit and social enterprise dedicated to reducing educational inequality by building digital skills and access to technology career pathways for young people across Ireland.
