Questions over development in Tipperary 'largely unoccupied' in housing crisis

With the country experiencing a major housing crisis, it is hard to believe that a housing development in Cullen still remains largely unoccupied more than ten years after its construction.

At that time, two of the houses were occupied, while another four required minor completion works. Last year, the council indicated that the houses would become available before Christmas or by the second quarter of 2025.

There is no doubt that the development will be of huge social and economic importance to Cullen, but why does that not appear to be a priority to our local governance?
