Planning has been granted for the construction of multiple terraced houses in Tipperary in two blocks.
Belmont Park Housing Association CLG made the application for the development at Gort an Óir and The Back Green, Fethard.
It includes the construction of seven single storey terraced houses in two blocks, comprising of three one-bed units and four two-bed units to accommodate Belmont Park Housing Association CLG service users and carers.

The application also allows for site development works including new vehicular and pedestrian access from The Back Green, pedestrian access from Gort an Óir, car and bicycle parking, footpaths, bin store, public lighting, landscaping, surface water and foul drainage connections and all associated site boundary works.
The council attached 15 conditions to its decision on May 13.
