Eleanor, a trained Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher (RADRT) with a strong foundation in anatomy, kinesiology and technique, was first introduced to reformer pilates as a method to recover from a knee injury.
The results were transformative. Inspired by her own journey and encouraged by her physiotherapist, she trained and qualified as a Reformer Coach in 2018 and soon afterwards established Flexelle Pilates Reformer Studio in Clonmel.
The AIBF accreditation celebrates Flexelle’s dedication to client well-being, innovation and professionalism.
