Planning permission has been granted for a new drive-thru coffee shop located in Tipperary.
Plans submitted to the council outline that the new premises will be based at Halpin’s service station on the Cashel Road, in Cahir.
Residents in the town will remember 'Halpin's' as a long established service station that is in existence since 1966.

Plans for the business include the following services on site: a workshop, a motor factors, a shop and a coffee take-away drive-thru area.
The business has been lying vacant since the original owner's retirement in the last decade.
The council granted permission for the development subject to four conditions.
