WOW! Ursuline Thurles jersey day raises €1,500 for Saint Vincent de Paul

Staff and students repped their favourite jerseys to raise money for a great cause

There was a mix of county and club colours, with some Premier League football teams thrown in the mix too!

On Friday, 12 September the staff and students of the Ursuline Secondary School held a jersey day in aid of Saint Vincent de Paul.

The rainbow of Ireland, county and club colours on the corridors was a "feast to the eye of all sports lovers" says Carmel Keating.

"Many thanks to Ms Molony and the Sixth Year students on Charities Committee who organised this fundraiser for a very worthy
cause.

"Thanks to all who contributed, raising €1,500, to help those in poverty in Thurles and its surrounding areas."
