Cahir native Eamon O'Keeffe was one of the three original traitors picked to cause some havoc in the smash reality show

Tipp Traitor and one of Ireland's biggest TV villains of the year so far, Eamon O'Keeffe, has revealed to the Tipperary Star that the cast of The Traitors Ireland season 1 are to reunite for a finale viewing party on Tuesday, September 23.

Cahir native and member of An Garda Síochána, O'Keeffe says the cast are set to meet at a Dublin hotel, before being driven to a secret location to a viewing party sponsored by Very.

In what is a very Traitors-esque move, none of the cast have been told ahead of Tuesday night where they will be driven to and what's in store.

However, O'Keeffe says the one thing he does know is that he's looking forward to meeting up with fellow Traitor and TV adversary Paudie Moloney for a nice pint as they watch the RTÉ come to a conclusion.

“I can’t wait to have a pint with Paudie. There’s no beef there. I regret what I said on Uncloaked, I probably went a bit too over the top and was still in ‘castle mode’ and went a bit heavy on him to be fair.”

O'Keeffe had come in for some trolling and online criticism for his aggressive play-style in the show and subsequent comments about Paudie (pictured above) being the worst Traitor the franchise has ever seen on the visualised RTÉ podcast; Uncloaked.

The first episode of the programme, watched live on RTÉ One by over 600,000 viewers, has proven to be the most unmissable Irish television event of the year so far, and appointment viewing throughout September.
