The planned development would include three eco-lodges and a spa lodge cabin designed to serve two separate living units. In addition, the proposal calls for an outdoor communal area, new access, parking facilities, an updated effluent treatment system, and associated site works.
The location under consideration lies in the Kilrush & Killahara area, near Thurles, County Tipperary. The council is expected to reach a decision on the application by October 30.
