Carrick-on-Suir Lions Club welcomes volunteers to join its members in a litter pick clean up in Carrick-on-Suir on Saturday morning as part of the Team Tipp County Clean Up campaign running throughout the county this weekend.

The Club said people are welcome to join the club at Carrickbeg Park at the New Bridge on October 11 from 11am to 1pm. Spring bulbs will also be planted and the wildflower areas will be weeding during the clean up session.

Thanks to Tipperary County Council, every participant will be given a Team Tipp visibility vest, sturdy gloves and a litter picker.

"Please come along and help us and bring a friend or family member with you. Ní neart go cur le chéile," said Carrick Lions Club.
