Cedarglade Ltd will demolish the single-storey entrance lobby, rear stores, and two-storey storage at the back of the premises. A redesigned shopfront is planned for Kenyon Street, Abbey Street, and the rear, accompanied by an expanded car park. Parking spaces will increase from 21 to 38, with a one-way traffic system to improve flow, and a new footpath will be added along Abbey Street.

Inside, the store will see a fresh retail fitout on the ground floor and revised ancillary areas on the first floor. The development will also incorporate a Deposit Return Scheme unit, among other improvements.
