A new women's group has recently launched in Tipperary, providing weekly meetings and activities for those who join.

The 'Golden Women's Group' recently kicked off their weekly meetups with energy and enthusiasm and were thrilled to welcome a fantastic turnout at their recent meet & greet which was held at Golden-Kilfeacle GAA, marking the beginning of their weekly gatherings.

Next up on the calendar for the girls is a lively Chair Exercise session led by Bradley Barry from Rejuvenate Golden, taking place on Monday, October 13 at 8:15pm.

The session is open to all ages and abilities, with participants encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, runners, and bring a bottle of water.

Looking ahead, the group will host a Halloween Crafts evening with Michelle and Margaret on Monday, October 20—a perfect opportunity to get creative and festive.

Admission is €5 at the door, and all are warmly welcome.
