Kilcommon Community Hall was the setting for a heartwarming gathering on Sunday, as locals and visitors alike came together for the Melodies and Memories event featuring Joanne Mulqueen and Damian O’Donoghue. The talented duo, known for their enduring support of the Kilcommon community, delivered a performance that delighted attendees.

Musicians from across the county joined the event, while Eileen Byrne received particular praise for her beautiful singing. Local residents also turned out in support, contributing to the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Organisers extended special thanks to Catherine, Rita, Brid, and Áine McMahon for their dedication in coordinating the event. Appreciation was also expressed to those who contributed baked goods, ensuring the day was as enjoyable socially as it was musically.
