Tipperary County Council has made an order to close the L-8107 at Shronell Beg, Tipperary Town from October 27 to December 15

Section of Tipperary Town road to close for seven weeks due to water mains project

Tipperary County Council has give notice that it has made an order to close the R-515 and L-4104 at Shronell Beg to its junction with R-662 at Ballynahow, Tipperary Town from the end of October until mid-December. 

This section of road will be closed daily from 7am to 7pm between Monday, October 7 and December 15 to facilitate the repair/replacement of the water main and all associated works, including reinstatement of the road, footpaths and verges. 

Traffic will be diverted along the R-515 to the junction of O'Brien Street in Tipperary Town with Galbally Road R-662, returning via the r-662 to Ballynahow L-8107. 

Traffic will be diverted along the R-662 to the junction of the Galbally Road in Tipperary Town with O'Brien Street R-515, returning via the R515 to Shronell Beg l-8017.
