Tributes have been paid to a group of people who have brought Monard Community Hall back to life.
The group was recognised by Tipperary/Cahir/Cashel Municipal authority at their annual awards recently.

Tipperary Town councillor Annemarie Ryan paids tribute to the group.
"We had a great night, the Monard Community Hall committee works really hard and has brought that lovely building back to life. It's now the beating heart of the community once again ,and I'm really grateful to them for that. A great bunch of women, congratulations and well deserved," said Cllr Ryan after the group were presented with their award.
"We had such a wonderful night at the Cathaoirleach Awards for the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District.
We were absolutely thrilled to be recipients of this award, and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Annemarie Ryan Cllr for the nomination, and for her continued support and encouragement.

It was an uplifting evening spent in brilliant company. We were deeply inspired to be surrounded by so many dedicated groups and individuals who are making their part of the county a better place.
