Clonmel witnessed a notable property transaction on November 18, as 20 acres of zoned land on the Cashel Road were sold by public auction for €4.5 million. The sale, conducted in conjunction with Sherry FitzGerald and Pollard FitzGerald, was secured by Neville Development Ltd of Wexford.
