St Stephen's Day race in Tipperary is good opportunity to run off Christmas excess

The St Stephen's Day race is always well supported

Clonmel Athletics Club will hold its ever-popular MSD 4 Mile race in the town on St Stephen's Day.

The race starts at 12 noon and participants may run, jog or walk.

Race numbers may be collected from 10.30am to 11.30 at Gaelcholáiste Chéitinn on The Mall, Clonmel, E91 K2E2.

There will be prizes for men and women.

Refreshments will be served afterwards.
