C-SAW Tipperary is inviting people in Nenagh to drop in for its next coffee evening this Thursday, 8 January, as part of its ongoing work supporting mental health and wellbeing across the county.
The informal coffee evening will take place at the Nenagh Pastoral Centre from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. It is open to anyone who would like a chat in a relaxed, welcoming environment, with free refreshments provided.
C-SAW, which operates from its base at 24 William Street in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, runs regular coffee evenings in Nenagh on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. The group’s message is simple: Take Time To Talk.
In addition to its Nenagh evenings, C-SAW provides a confidential helpline every Friday and Sunday from 6pm to 9pm on 087 1755750. The organisation also hosts drop-in sessions in Clonmel every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30am to 12:30pm, and in Tipperary Town every Monday from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the C J Kickham Brass & Reed Band Hall.
