St Molleran's GAA Club’s adult players began strength and conditioning sessions last Friday to help get them fighting fit for the playing season.
The programme is being delivered under the guidance of Lee Lanigan of Bodyworx gym.

Congratulations
The club congratulates Hannah O’Neill, Anna Keating and Ellie Reade on their selection to the 2026 Waterford Under 17 Camogie Squad.
This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the players’ dedication and continued development of camogie within the club.
The club sincerely thanks everyone who supported the Christmas draw. Thanks to all who purchased tickets and to the volunteers who sold, collected and reconciled funds. The club wishes all prize winners the very best.
