Speaking in the aftermath of the win to Kerry on Sunday, Cahill revealed that nobody from the 2025 All-Ireland winning panel has stepped away for the coming year, but there are some early-season concerns ahead of the National League.

Injuries have begun to mount, with Alan Tynan expected to miss the entire National League after a shoulder injury against Waterford, while Brian McGrath was forced off with an ankle issue during the Munster League win over Kerry in Tralee.

Captain Ronan Maher will also miss the opening rounds of the National League, which begins against Galway on Saturday week, with a provisional 40-man panel to be named in the coming week.

Tipperary will face the Tribesmen in FBD Semple Stadium on Saturday, January 24, where they will hope, despite injuries, to get the year off to a positive start.
