The proposal aims to breathe new life into the vacant first floor by transforming it into a dynamic gym and padel courts. The current play centre on the same level would also be reimagined for fitness, while the second floor offices would become practical storage and plant rooms to support the gym. Plans also include subtle exterior updates and fresh signage, all while making the most of the building's existing infrastructure.
Tipperary County Council is expected to make a decision on the application by March 16, 2026.
